As a professional translator and aspiring interpreter, I am always learning. Here, I intend to chronicle my ongoing journey towards becoming a Spanish medical interpreter, as well as experiments with new CAT tools, adventures (and misadventures!) at conferences, attempts to regain and improve skills in my other languages, and any bits of conventional and unconventional wisdom I pick up along the way.
